Any additional design revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra
charges.
Designs provided are the intellectual property of Maharaja Interior and cannot be shared or
reproduced without permission.
3. Payments
Payments must be made in accordance
with the agreed payment schedule.
A percentage of the total cost must be paid upfront as a booking
fee.
Final payment is required upon project completion or as per the contractual
agreement.
Delayed payments may attract additional charges.
4. Project
Timelines
Project timelines will be outlined during the planning phase. Delays caused by
client-side changes or unforeseen circumstances may affect deadlines.
Maharaja Interior is not
responsible for delays due to force majeure, supplier issues, or third-party delays.
5.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds for
cancellations are subject to the terms in the project contract.
Work completed up to the point of
cancellation will be charged and is non-refundable.
6. Materials and
Workmanship
All materials used are of standard quality unless otherwise specified in the
agreement.
Warranty on materials and workmanship, if any, will be as per manufacturer or vendor
policy.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate details and
timely approvals to avoid project delays.
Any modifications requested after project initiation may lead
to additional costs and extended timelines.
8. Liabilities
Maharaja Interior is
not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or alterations made by third parties after
project handover.
Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
9.
Privacy
Client information is confidential and will only be used for project
purposes.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If
unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna.
